Payment & Shipping Times
We accept most credit card/debit cards, Paypal,Bitcoin & Other Crypto Via Crypto.com Pay (plugin is not currently available please message if you would like to pay via crypto.
Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK on the same working day if received before 11 am and we have the item in stock. If the item, you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
UK Shipping
Order Confirmations
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We Will also send out another confirmation via whatsapp where available.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Free UK Delivery on All Orders Over £80
We offer a free delivery service on all cart totals over £80 which will arrive within 3-5 working day. A signature will be required for large orders.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK Delivery WIll be Processed withing 2 Working Days using a 48 hour service.
Next Day Dispatch
Sent next working day at , A signature will be required for large orders. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
Same Day Dispatch
Sent same working day at . A signature will be required on delivery. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 11:00 am the latest in order for this to be processed as Same Day Dispatch
After 11:00 am Delivery
If orders are placed after 1 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.
Saturday Delivery (Upon Request)
Must be within the allocated time frame from the courier to be eligible for saturday delivery please contact us if youd like to book a specific saturday.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. All parcels are tracked and tracking is provided through whatsapp where possible.
International Delivery
Please Note that International deliveries may be liable for import taxes which must be paid by the receiver before goods can be received. Please check up to date import information for your country before ordering. International Deliveries are not eligible under our standard return policy.
Returns
Refunds and Reshipments
If you have ordered items from us that you no longer need, want or unhappy with please contact us to arrange your refund and returning the item.
We accept non faulty items back from our customers within 30 days of delivery however the items must be in an unused condition that would be suitable for the item to be resold. The item should not be personalised and be in their original packaging.
Any items that you return due to being faulty will be refunded in full including the delivery charge. The refund will be issued once we have inspected the item/s, you will be notified via email of when you should expect the refund. Customers must allow 14 working days before we refund your order or ship a replacement for the faulty item. We aim to complete all refund processes within 14 working days.
Any orders returned after 30 days are not entitled to any refund.
For refunds you must return your order to the address below.
