The problem i had with one of the panels not closing tightly was attended urgently and helped me figured out how to solve it via whatsapp. All in all very good customer experience. Great product, easy to assemble, robust, and does the job nicely. Accepting that the product is plastic but should have a long life, it would nonetheless be better if the packaging was more sustainable. Other than the exterior cardboard box, there’s a lot of unnecessary plastic inside.
